COW CUBICLES   Adjustable Cantilever Cubicle

The adjustable cantilever cubicle has been successfully used for many years. As the cubicle is fitted to two support rails the height and width are easily adjusted.The cubicles allow space sharing whilst keeping the cow square, preventing soiling of the bed. The cubicles can be fitted in single or head to head rows.                                     

Available in     Standard neckrail which has a neckrail height of 1100mm (44in)   High neckrail which has a neckrail height of 1250mm (49in)  

Post Mounted Cantilever Cubicle

The post mounted system is more cost effective than the adjustable system. However, only the cubicle height can be adjusted as the cubicle is fitted directly to the post. The cubicles can be fitted in single or head to head rows.

2-D super-space

The 2-D super-space cubicle provides more freedom than the standard 2-D cubicles and is appropriate for larger holstein cows. The cow can stand or lie down without being hindered by rails. However, the cubicle provides enough control so that she will lie straight and not soil the cubicle bed. The bottom support rail is positioned at ground level, thus moving it away from animals lunge zone The bottom support rail has a double function. In addition to supporting the cubicle it acts as a brisket pipe. The upper support rail is positioned high enough not to interfere with the lunge zone yet still low enough to prevent walk through.

DRINKERS

Condon Engineering offer a large range of cattle drinkers

Fresh, clean drinking water is vital for the health of animals.Contamination with manure and feed waste affect the smell and taste of the water. A dairy cow requires 4 to 5 litres (1 gallon) of water to produce 1 litre of milk. During the Summer months a high yield cow can consume up to 180 litres (40 gallons)of water per day.Cows drink on average 5 to 8 litres per minute. Drinkers need to be assessible from 3 sides and therefore ideally should not be placed in a corner.

Our drinkers are available in both galvanised steel and stainless steel
